This entire plandemic has been mismanaged from the beginning there was too little done too late. The Governor of Va cant even enforce simple laws like DONT BURN DOWN BULDINGS  or DONT LOOT A BUSINESS  so why waste my tax dollars enforcing a USELESS rule MASKS ARE NOT AFFECTIVE.
