It is absolutely necessary (per every public health person in the world) that each and every person (unless they have an underlying condition) should wear a mask at all times in restaurants, businesses, stores, etc. The ONLY way we're going to contain this virus is by requiring the compliance with wearing masks and enforcing consequences for disobeying. We are not smart enough to do this mild inconvenience on our own - it must be mandated and enforced.
