Hello! I am writing to voice my support for the emergency regulation 16 VAC 25-220. I ask the safety and health codes board to approve these regulations.  Passing safety regulations for our most vulnerable workers is both the moral choice and the pragmatic choice. Appropriate protections and distancing for all workers means greater safety for the entire population.

I am an "essential worker" and my employer is conscientious enough to provide PPE for us and create social distancing as much as possible in our store. These protections should be mandatory for ALL workplaces in Virginia, and should not have to rely on the goodwill of the employer.
