Hello,

I am a general dentist in Virginia Beach, VA.  I fully support the Virginia Dental Association's request for an exemption from the Department of Labor's proposed emergency regulations as stated in their letter.  Dental offices have always maintained exceptional infection control practices, and we have, per CDC, ADA, & VDA, once again risen to the occasion to keep our staff, patients, & ourselves safe from COVID-19.  We need to focus on this effort while taking care of our patients' complex dental needs.  We do not need to be overburdened with paperwork.  We are medical professionals.
