If people are licensed to cary concealed firearms within the state of Virginia the should be allowed to carry them in the state forests.  Firearms for law abiding citizens are a form of protection against those who are not following the law anyways.  Making a law prohibiting people who follow the law from carrying is only leaving those people unprotected.
