Cell Phone Breast Cancer Warning. Research shows carrying your cell phone near your breasts can increase the risk of cancer. An interesting study has been published in the medical journal called Case Reports in Medicine involving breast cancer in younger women.  DMAS is saying EVV will only be done on app on smart devices in the near future.  They are requiring us to be exposed to radiation to stay out of a nursing home.
