It continues to blow my mind on how this all keeps getting more and more complicated for us to just simply care for our children. It’s hard enough trying to manage everyday life and then throw in the disabilities part. Now its EVV, then its a request for paperwork that you've done already and then its a statement or letter from yourself and others. It’s unbelievable the hoops we have to jump through to make it work. I have written a letter twice for renewals because they want to take away caregiver hours. Each time I have to explain I am a single full time working mother of twin autistic boys. I need all the help I can get. You don’t believe me person just looking at a computer/file?
