The app will boot you out, it will make shift dissapear, it will not pay a whole 8 hour shift if the shift went over the hours by minutes. It’s hard enough having special needs kids , even harder finding attendants, but literally impossible to keep them with EVV never paying them for the hours they works because it was an error on their end . I can’t loose my attendants or I don’t have a job and I can’t keep my attendants when they can’t even get their whole paycheck they worked for . They already get paid pennies for what they do, then for their paycheck to always be msssed up when they use EVV makes them late on their bills and have to find work elsewhere. This app clearly isn’t doing any good just harm.

we have it hard enough as special needs moms with a million appointment, extra care, specialists, therapy, ect.

please stop this EVV so we don’t loose the only resource we have for help and actually being able to hold a job to support these kids
