I strongly favor the approval of the amendment to allow concealed carry of firearms in the state forests of Virginia. Actually, I wish the amendment went further, making the regulations governing the forests to be exactly the same as the laws for the State of Virginia.  I see no valid reason that these regulations should be exempt from the preemption laws of the state.
