I strongly support the proposed regulation change to recognize the right to carry a concealed handgun when in a state forest.  Nearly 200,000 Virginians hold concealed handgun permits allowing them to carry elsewhere in the Commonwealth; there is no reason to require us to disarm before setting foot on state forest land.
