There is no need for the government or a government agency to know WHO caught the flu, or chicken pox, or any other illness. This is a violation of our right to privacy, HIPAA, and our freedom. The changes to this law are arbitrary and suspect. Why do it? Our medical data and biological specimens are private between us and our physicians and not data that should be shared with anyone else.
