What happens at my doctors office when I visit is between my doctor and I.  Not only is this a patient/doctor breach of confidentiality but the VDH does not have the right/authority to make such laws, so it's a government over-reach.  I can understand/appreciate if it was Ebola or something that could be a plague but submitting my records and my blood, etc , is absolute insanity and violating in so many ways!
