I strongly support the rights of law abiding citizens to carry concealed weapons.  Having areas, including state forests, where this is prohibited does nothing except create "victim disarmament zones".  Common sense tells us that criminals will ignore 'prohibted weapon'  laws, while law abiding people will obey them, thus leaving law-abiding citizens at the mercy of the criminal element.  

I strongly support the proposed regulation change.  Please expedite this process.
