I am a proud holder of a CHP issued by the great state of Virginia, and I feel that when, Notice I said WHEN, I can legally carry my weapon in state forests, I will have the peace of mind knowing that my safety is in my hands, not somebody at the other end of a phone conversation.  The ability to defend myself and loved ones is of major importance to me and I will be able to defend us after the right to carry in state and national forests is signed into law.  The passing of this bill will be mean more peace of mind foor all law-abiding citizens of Virginia.
