TARP "regulations" have no medical justification. They pretend to be about safety, but they are designed to force clinics to close. No national organization of physicians or other health care providers supports the need for TARP, nor do agencies that regulate health care like The Joint Commission and CMS. Those who are opposed to women having the option of abortion are pretending to be concerned with patient safety, but forcing clinics to close will lead to women trying to obtain abortions as they did before Roe v Wade, resulting in many women injured or dead.
