The majority of citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia know that medically unnecessary and unconstitutional restrictions of the right to receive a safe and legal abortion from a licensed provider causes an undue burden on the patient and irreparable harm to her emotionally, physically, and financially. Do not place false hurdles in front of women. That is blatant discrimination.
