As a Virginia citizen I expect my state to set standards for my health care providers.  I see the high standards my regular health providers exhibit. Abortion clinics cannot be exempt from these standards.  That would be a betrayal of the trust a Virginia woman should be able to have in her government.  Lives depend on this.  It's too important to minimize or excuse.
