We see from violations of reasonable safety standards the abortion clinics do need oversight.

The current regulations are reasonable standards for any medical practice and will save women's lives. Inspections have shown a glimpse of the filthy, careless, dangerous, and unsanitary practices in many clinics.  These regulations protect women's health.  If you give the clinics a free pass with no inspections and no regulations, you will see problems.
