I am strongly opposed to allowing the standards of care in an abortion clinic, planned Parenthood specifically, being less than those in any other facility providing care to clients. It is absurd to me, an RN, to allow any facility to perform medical care and procedures that would not be held to the highest standards of care possible. If the women being cared for are really the priority there would be no shortcuts.
