Growing up, I hated myself. As a bi person, I knew I was wrong/broken. Kid's know who they are, and they know when society hates them. It's hard enough, feeling like you aren't worthy of existing, and worrying about how your family would treat you if they found out, without knowing that your parents could put you in converstion therapy (I hate calling it conversion therapy. It's not therapy. It's not treatment. It's torture).
No one has the right to destroy who you are.
