I am proud that the state of Virginia is formulating and energy plan.  All our futures depend on us taking action to save Mother Earth.  Its becoming urgent that we take major steps to preserve the earth for our children and grandchildren.  We need to move aggressively forward on renewable energy and away from fossils fuels.  No more pipelines that devastate our beautiful state and pollute our air and waterways.  Let's establish plans for energy efficiency and public transportation.  Our health and welfare depend on it.
