Hello,

Please consider making it illegal for Homeowners Associations to outlaw solar panals on rooftops/garages.  I would be very interested in purchasing a solar system but am forbidden from doing so by HOA rules.  This seems like an uncessesary impediment to continued energy independence and safety from network disruption.
