2018 Virginia Energy Plan

I strongly support Gov. Northam's 2018 Virginia Energy Plan and the need for a two-way, democratic energy system with rooftop solar as the cornerstone as described in the following article, 'Virginia's electric grid should be resilient, locally fueled, and democratic', by Aaron Sutch, program director, Solar United Neighbors of Virginia.

We reside in Giles Co., VA, and buy 100% wind power via Arcadia Power, Washington, D.C.  We previously bought power from Appalachian Electric Power (AEP), Canton, OH.

I want to install a residential grid-tie solar PV system.  Please do everything possible in the 2018 Virginia Energy Plan to incentivize residential rooftop solar and wind power.
