Virginia needs to do more to encourage and mandate renewable resources. Offering tax breaks to residents and businesses to install solar and wind engergy systems. All government and school buildings should be required to have renewable systems as a part of the permitting process. All new housing developments & retail spaces should also be required to have componets of renewable energy.

Bring Dominion into the 21st century by shutting down the ACP & MCP. Spend this money on the future of energy not last century's solutions.
