The proposed regulations are creating a financial environment that is forcing small centers to go out of  business.  The new first aid certification requirements need to be amended to 90 days.  It is currently a huge challenge to hire a staff person after being fingerprinted, trained and now first aid certified.  I am a first aid instructor and a 90 day period is more realistic.
