With over 30 years experience I can appreciate trying to improve the safety and quality of childcare. So it’s with great confidence that I disagree with these regulation changes and find them almost counter productive.  I have read the comments from other professionals and parents and agree with most of them.   The current regulations are already hard to meet and many centers will not be able to meet the standards and will have to close. Parents will be forced to put their children in unlicensed an unregulated environments.
