Classroom size- reasons this shouldn't change

As a parent of a child in daycare, classroom size should not change.  This would increase costs and also risk the chance that my child would no longer have a position at his daycare.  It was a long search to find a daycare that had availability, was in close proximity to work and home, and was within our budget.  My child had developed wonderfully and in no way is he or has he been impacted by the sizes of the classrooms he's been in.  There are a variety of childcare options out there, and I chose daycare and this school based on current regulations. If I wanted a smaller classroom, I would have pursued another option. Changing the classroom size would negatively impact my child in that he would be potentially forced out of an environment that he has flourished in. Based on the parents I have talked to and the comments I have read, it is in no one's best interest to impose these new regulations. Thank you for listening to the of parents, teachers and most importantly the children.
