"I OPPOSE banning lawfully carried firearms in state agency buildings. There is not, nor has there been any instance of a posesser of lawfully permitted  firearms creatung or causing a dangerous threat to persons or property in any state agency. By enacting such an ordinance the government would be creating one of the largest "gun free zones" imaginable and thus enviting those with evil intent to averitable duck shoot of innocent residents tho would otherwise be protected.
