I OPPOSE banning lawfully carried firearms in state agency buildings.  There was no emergency requiring the governor's action.  It was obviously political pandering and is a direct violation of Article I, Section 13 of the Constitution of Virginia.  It is also an abuse to the executive powers granted to the governor.
