I OPPOSE banning lawfully carried firearms in state agency buildings. Concealed Handgun Permit holders are some of the most law abiding persons in the Commonweatlth. The proposed regulation will only inhibit law abiding people who are licensed by a Circuit Court to carry a Concealed Handgun from doing so. Do criminals follow laws?  No so what would this proposed action do? Nothing but make it harder for a Citizen to protect themselves and exercise a consitutional right.
