Law-abiding Virginia citizens who have passed background checks to acquire their firearms and, if they have received a Virginia Concealed Handgun Permit, gone through additional scrutiny as to their history have never been known to commit any firearms-related crimes in government buildings. This regulation is simply a solution desperately seeking a problem where none exists.
