I STRONGLY OPPOSE Gov. McAuliffe's State Agency Gun Ban because it is clearly not needed. There have been no shootings in State Agency Buildings. However, if one WERE to happen, employees and visitors who are trained CCW Permit Holders would stand a better chance of protecting themselves and others. It is a proven fact that virtually all mass shootings happen in gun-free zones.
