I STRONGLY oppose this regulation banning the lawful carry of handguns in state agency buildings.  There has NEVER been an attack in one of these buildings and this reguluation is a so-called solution in search of a problem.  There is not, nor has there ever been, a problem!  When oh when will our elected officials stop trying to push their personal agendas and do what their constituents want.  McAuliff is a TERRIBLE governor and I am counting the days when this useless and clueless moron leaves office.
