As a Virginian that enjoys shooting,often carrys  and has had a CCP for over 15 years. To think that I could be breaking the law becouse I were to enter a State Agencie after years of being anble to upsets me. New enforcements are not needed. I am unaware of a leagle carry in Virginia being any type of threat nor doing a criminal act in State Agencies.
