Do NOT ban guns at state agencies

Why does Terry McCauliffe believe that terrorists or individuals with criminal intent, who plan to commit mass murder, will obey a NO GUNS ALLOWED sign? The reasoning behind this, and other "gun-free zones" only insure terrorists that they will have no opposition -- that they can commit risk-free murder and mayhem to their heart's content. This regulation BENEFITS terrorists and mass murderers; it does not stop them. By making this regulation permanent, you have effectively put state employees and their clients in danger. You might as well put up a welcome sign for terrorists. It's appalling that our governor is prepared to endanger state employees like this. How stupid can you get. Really. But then, are we really surprised?????
