I oppose the proposed regulation. I believe that it is unconstitutional to hinder the American citizens natural born rights to accommodate for individuals who feel unsafe in a given environment. I have spoken to certified firearms instructors who have been through and conducted the appropriate training to be able to determine the appropriate stipulations, if any at all, on firearms in places much like the state facilities to which this regulation refers.
