It is outrageous that you would even consider putting people in harm's way, not to mention the gross psychological damage of having to live in fear and intimidation.  

Making vigilante justice the cultural norm is irresponsible.  

If you are so afraid to leave home without carrying a Murder weapon, then either stay home or carry pepper spray.  Your social phobias should not be a burden on society.
