The governor's ban on concealed carry in State buildings is wrong-headed.  Virginia has a legislature for a reason: to avoid rule by executive decree.  Do not start issuing rules-by-decree just like Obama has unless you wish to emulate his collossal failure and establish dangerous precedents.
