As a resident of Virginia, a VCDL and NRS member,a combat veteran and a CHP holder,this regulation is of no need and no benefit to anyone. The governor vetoed a bull that passed both houses of the state government that would have explicitly made illegal such actions as this,further showing that the governor does NOT care about the will of the people in the Commonwealth. Virginia is not New York,Mr. Mcauliffe. Restrictions on rights by the government are never compliance to freedoms.
