I am in strong opposition to this rule/regulation. The state of Virginia does not have a proble with gun violence in state buildings nor is there any reasonable reason to believe that this is likely to change in the near future---especially from those licensed to carry concealed handguns; therefore, we don't need any special regulation for it. Put simply, this is a solution in search of a problem. This proposal cannot not be allowed to become law.
