I strongly oppose this bill; one more brick in the foundation that is democracy is removed. We are the people and we will not lie down and be rolled over, there is no 'emergency' so don't make one.  I demand you release us from your fear tactics! We made a mistake voting McCauliffe into office...because of his actions, we will all be much more careful in the next election.
