I strongly oppose this regulation. Concealed Weapons Permit holders are some of the most law abiding citizens in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Since 1960, all but two of the public mass-shootings have been in gun-free-zones, like this regulation creates. This would make state-agency buildings in Virginia less secure, not more secure.
