I strongly oppose this regulation and urge you to drop it. The "emergency" implementation of the ban this regulation seeks to make permanent simply did not and does not exist. The restriction of law-abiding exercise of 2nd Amendment rights is not driven by a credible threat and, therefore, does not meet the bar of a legitimate state interest. 

Please immediately drop the planning of this regulation and refrain from engaging in this kind of behavior absent a clear and credible threat.
