I oppose this regulation. The Constitution is NOT NEGOTIABLE
 

"That a well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defense of a free state, therefore, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed..." - Constitution of Virginia, Article I, Section 13.

It's not rocket science. I have the right to keep (own/posess) and bear (carry/have at the ready) arms. This right does not cease because I enter commonwealth property.

The governor can't just ignore the Constitution of Virginia because he doesn't like it. He is sworn to uphold it. Do so.
