There have been no incidents that would warrant this "emergency" act. This is nothing more than a bully move to restrict our rights. CHP holders are among the most law abiding group of citizens our Commonwealth has. This is slap in the face to that group. 

The Gov has no authority to make the unilateral ban. 

This would create a whole new crop of gun free zones which are the primary target for would be shooters. Our "governor" would be creating the very thing he's trying to avoid.
