I strongly oppose this regulation. At best, it is a naive, misguided attempt to put politics over the safety of our Commonwealth. At worse, a willful, illegal overreach of executive power in defiance of the will of the citizens of the Commonwealth and at the expense of our safety, security, and God-given, Constitutionally protected rights.

Reject this ludicrous regulation which is a solution without a problem.
