To protect the safety of women, Gov. McAuliffe's proposed amendments to abortion center regulations should be rejected.  Abortion centers should not be allowed to regulate themselves, they should be regulated the same as other medical institutions.  There is a proven track record of violations in Virginia's abortion centers that is unacceptable.
