We should reject Governor Terry McAuliffe’s proposed amendments that seek to significantly water down the health and safety standards for abortion centers. For over a year, the Virginia Board of Health has been going through the process of amending the hard fought for abortion center health and safety standards at the request of the $1 billion abortion industry. This is an industry that is very powerful and largely unregulated. It is unfortuante that the Governor has sided with the money interests.
