The Virginia Department of Health should reject the Administration's proposed reductions in the requirements currently imposed on abortion centers.  These centers have abysmal records for adhering to basic requirements now (for trained and qualified personnel, drug safekeeping and record keeping, and so forth).  For the sake of their clients the current standards should not be lowered.
