As a longtime peer counselor at a local pregnancy care center, I have heard the same complaints from our clients about the (now closed) Amethyst Women's "Health" Center in Manasses for years, including injuries that resulted in hospitalization.  Clearly the types of regulations finally being enforced were a long-needed and commonsense step.  It would be a serious and irresponsible move to weaken or remove these regulations.
